I picked up a nice Cartouche with an 835ss movement. After tearing it down and cleaning it runs pretty well but needs a new intermediate bridge and stem.

It looks like the watch in the 1929 advertisement. Does this watch have a model name other than what's in the ad?

Gruen Authority

To me it looks like you have correctly ID'd your watch already. Gruen started more or less 1930 to consequently give sales names to the watches. Until then we more or less base the IDs on the master book numbers which for this watch I believe would be Cartouche 397. "Nurses" Cartouche comes pretty close to a name already and this is a very fine example which you now own.
