Just two questions:
a) is there something written at the bottom of the dial? Most likely Swiss but probably Ra or Tr?
b) does the movement have the GXC marking?
My wild guess: it is the 1969 Ocean Date.

OK, with the GXC mark it will not have been made (and imported) after 1968. Gruen did not start very early to mark the dials with a "17 JEWELS" stamping, it must have been mid 60s. The missing of "Ra" of "Tr" on the dial might be due to the fact the apparently only the hands due have lume, I can't see any at applied to the dial. In the early 60s there was Radium used and the dials were appropriately marked, about 64 they used Tritium and the dials were marked Tr. I'd still say this might be the "Ocean Date", but would go for probably 1967.

There are dots at the 12, nine, and six position. That is, as far as the radium goes
